How to join the VIP Club?

It's very simple! Just create an account on our store. You automatically become a Discoverer member and receive 50 welcome points immediately. No membership fees!

Do my points expire?

No! Your points are valid for 2 years from the date you earn them. As long as you remain active on your account, they never disappear.

How do I redeem my points?

Click on the "🎁 My Rewards" icon at the bottom right of our site. You will see your point balance and available rewards. Choose the one you want and a unique promo code will be automatically generated!

How do I upgrade to the next level?

Accumulate points by purchasing, referring, and interacting with us! Once you reach 200 points, you become an Ambassador. At 500 points, you reach the ultimate level: Creole Chef! 👑

Can I combine several rewards?

You can only use one promo code per order, but you can redeem your points multiple times to create several codes. Remember to use your codes before they expire (usually 30 days after redemption).

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with your friends. When they create an account and place their first order, they receive a €5 discount and you earn 100 points (which is also a €5 discount for you)! 🎁
